Impact evaluation

Baseline questionnaire

As a Leader, you are able to design a baseline, this kind of questionnaire can be distributed prior to the workshops and should assess educators' current knowledge and experience in the subject matter they will be teaching.

It may also explore their preferred learning styles and any areas where they feel they need additional support.

By gathering this baseline information, facilitators and experts and can tailor their approach to effectively address the group's existing knowledge and learning needs, ultimately leading to a more impactful training experience for both the trainers and the learners they will encounter in the future.

Post activity questionnaire

Shoube be filled by the educators after the workshop, this questionnaire will assess participants' gains in knowledge, skills, and confidence related to running future activities on the covered topics.

A comparative analysis of the baseline questionnaire with post-training data will provide compelling evidence of the program's effectiveness in enhancing participants' knowledge and skills.

Educators' Feedback

Feedback will be gathered throughout the ToT through interactive sessions and potentially anonymous surveys. This will capture educators' experiences and suggestions for improvement.
